Miguel Ángel Millán Carrascosa is a lawyer (Of Counsel) in the Administrative Law Department.
He received his Law degree from the University of Seville (class of 2001), specializing in Private Law. Subsequently, he completed the University Expert Course in Urban Planning Management at the University of Seville (class of 2002). He also obtained the Diploma of Advanced Studies in Administrative Law from the University of Seville (2010).
Miguel Ángel has held the positions of Head of the Urban Planning and Infrastructures Area of the City Council of Tomares, Seville (2002-2004), Director of the Urban Planning Area of the City Council of Seville (2004-2007), General Director of Patrimony of the City Council of Seville (2007). He was a Member of the Spanish Parliament (2007-2008), where he was First Secretary of the Commission of Economy and Finance and Member of the Joint Congressional-Senate Commission for Relations with the Court of Auditors and, finally, he was Manager of Urban Planning of the City Council of Seville (2008-2011).
He has been practicing law since 2012, and before joining Zurbarán Abogados, he founded and managed the law firm of M&P Abogados.
In the academic field, he is a professor of the Master’s Degree in Territorial and Urban Planning (Urban Planning Technician) and Professor of the Expert Course on Urban Planning Law at the Cajasol Institute of Legal and Business Studies.
