Welcome to Trusty, the internal reporting channel, secure and protected, of Zurbarán Abogados, S.L.P. (hereinafter: the firm) for communicating information about alleged infractions within the firm. The use of this web application is confidential, and you are not obligated to reveal your identity if you wish to remain anonymous. For details on internal reporting and follow-up procedures, please refer to the firm’s policies and the national legislation established by Law 2/2023, of January 20, 2023, regulating the protection of individuals reporting regulatory violations and combating corruption.

The Reporting Channel is a communication tool we provide to facilitate the confidential and efficient communication of irregularities you may observe in the course of your professional activities, which may constitute infractions, including those that are fraudulent or even criminal in nature. This Channel is essential for compliance with the Ethical Code in general and internal regulations in particular, and therefore, it actively contributes to the continuous improvement of the firm.

Reports from groups not specified by law will not be accepted. For example, reports from clients will not be accepted, as these are covered by legislation related to consumers and users.

Reports must be made in good faith. Please note that mandatory questions are marked with an asterisk (*), and you will not be able to proceed without filling in the respective fields. After submitting the report, your username and password will be automatically generated and displayed on your screen. Please make a note of them as you will need them to access your inbox and track the progress of your report.

In your inbox, you can monitor the status of your report, including confirmation of its receipt, continue secure communication with the organization, and receive feedback.

This application is not part of the organization’s website or intranet. The application is managed by Trusty AG and is hosted on secure external servers. This is not an emergency service. Please contact the relevant authorities (such as the police) in case of immediate danger.
