The Department’s professionals have participated in some of the most relevant commercial transactions in the sector at the national level. The experience accumulated over the years and deep knowledge of the market gives us a global vision that allows us to identify the singularities of each case and offer solutions tailored to each transaction. Among the department’s recurring commercial operations are the incorporation, mergers, and acquisitions of companies and other structural modifications, performing the corresponding legal and due diligence of these types of transactions.

Our department has extensive experience in corporate conflicts, in which we design together with our clients the strategy to be followed during the conflict period and assume their defense in judicial and arbitration proceedings (liability of directors, the challenge of corporate agreements, etc.). This practice, in turn, leads us to adopt the appropriate precautions in drafting the corporate and parasocial agreements inherent to the incorporation and development of the activity of a company.

In addition, within the department, we have a team specialized in insolvency law, with experience and in-depth knowledge in all phases of insolvency and pre-insolvency proceedings, having represented both debtors and creditors in the main insolvency proceedings at the national level. In this area, we advise our clients in acquiring assets and debt of companies in insolvency.
