Carolina is a labor and employment lawyer with over fourteen years of experience advising companies and public institutions on all aspects of labor and social security law. Her practice focuses on individual and collective dismissals, corporate restructurings, collective bargaining, workplace disputes, and proceedings before the Labor Inspectorate.
She also has solid expertise in Social Security claims—particularly disability cases—and in the development of Equality Plans and anti-harassment protocols.
Admitted to practice law in both Venezuela and Spain, Carolina holds a Law degree from the University of Carabobo (Venezuela) and a Spanish Law degree from Pablo de Olavide University of Seville, where she also earned a Master’s in Procedural Practice. She completed a specialization in Labor Law at the University of Salamanca. Before joining Zurbarán Abogados, she developed her career at a leading labor-law firm and at the Social Cassation Chamber of the Supreme Court of Venezuela.
Since 2023, she has been a lecturer in the Master’s in Labor Advisory and Consulting at Loyola University Andalusia.
