Francisco Aguilar Alonso is a lawyer in the Corporate Law Department at Zurbarán Abogados.

He holds a Law degree from the University of Seville (Class of 2013) and subsequently completed the Master’s in Legal Practice at the University of Seville (Class of 2015), as well as the Master’s in Corporate Legal Advisory at the Instituto de Estudios Cajasol (Class of 2016), where he was recognised as the most outstanding student of his cohort.

He has completed various specialist programmes in Corporate and Company Law, including the Expert Course in Company Law at the Instituto de Estudios Cajasol, the Advanced Expert Course in Company Law at Thomson Reuters, and the Executive Programme in Corporate Legal Practice at IE Law School.

Francisco has been practising law since 2017. His professional work focuses on corporate and commercial advisory, with extensive experience in corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, business restructurings, and providing legal support to companies and their governing bodies.

He serves as Deputy Secretary to the Board of Directors of several companies.

He collaborates with the Corporate Law Department of the University of Seville’s Faculty of Law, teaching on the Master’s programme in Legal Practice.
